Youth/Young Adult Leadership Empowerment
KIP will lead your team through a process of rethinking/reimagining your approach to youth and young adult ministry. Strategic guidance is provided around identity formation and leadership development in such a way that their understanding and application of faith, and how God has uniquely wired them, is translated into their career vocation and missional world view. The result will be youth and young adults readied to embrace their purpose through leading and serving missionally.
